kisses and prayers

The One in Front!!

There are times in a Mother’s life that the past has to be put to bed as dearly and as gently as a sleeping child. That is what I feel as I say goodbye to another milestone…having a child in school. Tonight my youngest…excuse me…my BABY graduates from High School. I can’t hold him back from this right of passage even though I wish I could. So,we will celebrate what is ahead. We will rejoice in what has been accomplished and we will seal the memories of what has passed with a kiss and a prayer………..Godspeed, Son.

I'm just a person. A person who has learned a lot of truth in the darkest days of life. The truth that glimmered, flashed and at times broke through like a day's dawn all came from the hands of a mighty God. His light makes the darkness worth it.
